General Terms of Purchase
All commercial transactions with YEO Teknoloji Enerji ve Endüstri A.Ş. (REAP Battery) are subject to the following general terms. Detailed terms are specified in project-specific contracts.
1. Delivery
Delivery time is specified in order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on logistics conditions.
2. Warranty
Warranty terms are defined per product and project, and are detailed in project-specific contracts.
3. Payment
Payment terms are determined per project and specified in the order confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Custom-built products are non-returnable. Defective/damaged products go through warranty process.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts.
